Introducing Paren’s Real-Time API

At Paren, we process every charging event from more than 95% of U.S. DC fast chargers every 10–15 minutes. That’s over 100 million data points per day, giving us a near-real-time view of how the network is actually performing—not just how operators say it’s performing.

Until now, we’ve primarily surfaced this data through our reports, dashboards, and research. Today, we’re opening up access to our dataset through our new real-time API.

Our API delivers real-time insights through an OCPI-based framework that includes our enriched data elements around reliability, utilization, amenities, pricing, and safety. It’s designed for developers and data teams who need fast, clean, structured access to DCFC data—not just raw OCPI payloads.
