The process of becoming a B Corp is rigorous and, at times, lengthy. It wasn’t always at the top of our business priorities — in fact, we carved out hours here and there to make progress. But by tackling it with rigor, we got it done.

Along the way, we’ve been recognized for strong governance practices, including topping Base10’s internal governance benchmarks. For us, this validation is less about recognition and more about strengthening the foundation we’re building on for the future.
